Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier availability. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Petavion is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Item must be returned in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Opened pet hygiene or grooming products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
